Six Days On The Road

about

This may not be the very first song about driving a big highway rig but it's certainly the best known and some would just say the "best" period. Written by Earl Green & Carl Montgomery and first recorded by Dave Dudley in 1963. The song has been covered by many an artists since including Canada's own Colleen Peterson. It's such a fun song I decide to record it tool.

My good buddy Dale Robertson played the drums for this recording.
